"We had a very great time in the Royal G Max. The staff was very friendly funny and helpful. Always smiling. The food was varied and tasty. Everything was very clean. They were not stop cleaning. The housekeeping staff did a great job they were mopping all day long untiredless. Every night there were some programs for the guests and these were very entertaining. Thank you so much for everybody for everything. We really enjoyed it!"

"I think that the receptionist need to know more information. When somebody comes to the hotel you should give him inofrmation about when is the breakfast time or the dinner. Or maybe some paper with all of these informations. They dont know what show will be at evening. They have some cooperations with other companies but dont know muc habout them when askes. So this is what i would do little bit better in the future."
