"At a very convenient location, up in the mountains between Plav, Çerem, Valbone and Vusanje, this lovely family runs a great guesthouse. The bed was comfortable and the facilities sufficient. I had amazing dinner and breakfast and gotten a lunch pack for the following hike. Views are incredible and at a clear night I saw the milkyway."

"The villa is located in a small suburb near Permet (Lipe), but is easily accessible both on foot (with our children (7 and 9) it took 20-30 minutes due to the hilly ups and downs) and by car. The owners were super friendly and were able to provide us with information despite the language barrier. The villa is brand new and had everything you need in a hotel room. Pro tip: You can start a scenic and easy hike to St. Mary's Church in Leusa directly from the hotel. Simply leave the hotel and turn left on the road (opposite the direction from Permet). It took us 2.5 hours, but we were rather slow hikers. From Leusa, you can take a beautiful circular hike to Permet and back to Lipe."
