We came with an infant and they put a specialised diaper bin along with toys suitable for 1yr. Excellent soft play for a baby in little explorer club. A birthday gift for my wife Along with a cake. We were there during the attacks and everyone was on point giving us info and educating us about alarms we got on mobile , nothing to worry about. Very calm and well coordinated group of people. They spoil you to the point of being uncomfortable."

The waterpark could benefit from having a dedicated section for hotel guests, as it was very crowded with outside visitors and we struggled to find seating."
